Running when people are on sick leave

One of the biggest risks to business is sickness. Uncontrolled pathogens that infect key players and slow down progress.

The manager has to plan for this.

1. In some departments,  where there is slack, the manager can grt one person to do two peoples job. For instance,  if you are list building with tools, one person can build two lists on two machines and make up

2. Where there is no slack, prioritization is the only option. Beaides outsourcing,  of course, and deputising from another dept.

3. In cases where person is indispensable,  then pre laid schedules and plans work. Training a deputy also works.
