·
The eGrabber brand was built because of the team members like you,
who have joined our team and work towards doing your best in a honest manner daily.
Our brand value was built by team members who are
competent, driven to be the best and have a good standard of honesty
& ethics.
The secret to eGrabber & ProdEx long term success is in the value we place in having staff who have a sense of high ethics.
At our company, we don’t tolerate people who lie or
cheat blatantly and regularly, regardless of how competent and driven
they are. If they provide us with forged documents, that is almost
always cause for instant HR action.
We can’t take a chance of them interacting with our customers – one publicized unethical incident can ruin our company overnight
My suggestion to each you,
when you see a co-worker, that has begun to tell lies – please remind them of our company policy.
when you see a co-worker, that has begun to tell lies – please remind them of our company policy.
We find, once people have stayed ethical with us
for a year, they will have integrated into our culture and continue to
be great co-workers & team members
·
How do you know who needs a little bit of help?
Here is a hint - We notice people start by recording wrong start &
end times in the attendance register or not signing the movement
register, or take & make frequent long personal
calls, take frequent personal days off with a different excuse each day
or come late/ leave early - to see if they can get away with it. The
they put fake accomplishment on their status reports etc. It starts
small and grows. They never start by wanting
to be unethical. They get there because they feel they are getting away
with it, and company seems to trust their word.
·
Please let them know the company has a track record
of terminating employee for ethics violation, even if they were top
performers – and you are in agreement with that policy
·
Please let them know, to protect the company from legal laws & criminals,
plus to improve company performance
plus to improve company performance
we have put in place ability to audit and cross reference almost every aspect
including computer activity, browsing activity, website access activity, email activity,
phone activity, entry/exit tracking etc
