Talking Notes
- accomplishing results != focusing on results
- i dont focus on WHO to put on the job to get the job done. sometimes, i assign the person available / not capable of doing the job
- practicing self development is important to keep on top always => continue to do
- integrity => continue to do
- stretch goals => people will work on those stretch goals ONLY if it forms part of their career goals
- people will reveal their career goals ONLY if there is a relationship with them
- you have to tell people some believable reason why they should work for you
- connects the group to the outside world => doing an evangelist type of role, like what Ambi or Vijay sarathy type of role
- innovates -> hitting the lid, in bursts and starts but not continuous
