Helping deliver quality
I noticed in the restaurant we went to lunch today,
had a hard time sitting down 'cos the sun was hot, coming through the large glass windows.
The large windows were meant for a good view.
Now, the manager could focus on food delivery,
or, on cleanliness
or, on how well the prices are set
or, on how well the waiters communicate
or,..... list is endless....
But if he focused on the "customer experience"
and solved from the biggest problem, downwards,
he would be successful.
I think I see what you are saying.
And if he did not have vegetables matching quality standards,
and there was no way he could get fresh ones,
he might be better off closing the restaurant for the day,
rather than ruining the reputation.
