In the fewest possible words, Learn to paint a picture in prospect’s mind
1)
the problems they face because of a current pain (your solution solves) they could be experiencing,
2)
and then paint a picture of how life would be better if the pain was gone
3)
then introduce your product & how much of the pain it cuts out

Ideally stick to one pain. Many gains are okay

Within an organization, the same pain could be causing different
problems at different levels. Need to articulate the right scenario.
The pain could manifest in different ways at the employee level,
manager, execs, HR etc. It is the same pain, but the
gains are different.

If you can get one good picture to help visualize that would be
great. However a text is better as it can be communicated over the phone
& face to face meetings anywhere and at anytime
