How to identify the best sales person

Hi Sales team

This is an individual based exercise & Not a group exercise.

Based on your sales experience, and without doing any further research on the internet, can you rank order these 5 types of sales people?
Place on top the type that you think will be able to generate the most amount of sales.  If they are the same, you can put them on the same line. The bottom is the most poor performer amongst this group.

I will share research findings after getting your reply.

·         The Relationship Builder - Highly accessible and responsive.

·         The Challenger - A debater. Assertive. Offers insight.

·         The Lone Wolf - Follows instincts, not rules.

·         The Hard Worker - Last to turn the lights off.
