Recruiting a sales person

Looks like you left your job in OCT as per LI profile – what have you been doing since?
 
ð  Can you tell me about experiences leveraging LinkedIn to prospect & close sales. You can be as verbose as you think you need to. This is  a very important part of my evaluation of the BD people at  present. Especially senior people looking to work remotely.
ð  Can you have a close look  at ABC  product ( $xxxx / year), and estimate how many you would be able to close per month?
o   Write as detailed plan as you can
o   Want to know first 30 day, 60d  day, 90 day targets you would set for your self
o   Want to see how you are thinking through and what assumptions you are making and why
ð  What is your current compensation – how structured base/commission/other. What are your expectations with eGrabber
o   abc offers a base plus commission
o   initially would be minimum, but an aggressive commission structure – to encourage very aggressive sales
o   Within 90 days, base & commission will be finalized based on actual performance
